Raina

She grew up running around on the streets looking out for the younger kids that were also on their own. The kids were on the streets for various reasons. Raina's father was out traveling somewhere, he was a passerby through the town that just happened to get her mother pregnant with her. Her mother after having her slowly dwindled in money and so Raina thinking it was her fault took to the streets around age five and stayed. She soon started looking out for the other street kids and stealing food and occasionally clothing that was needed by all of them. Shortly before she turned nine the scarlet empress disappeared and the deathknights rose into existence. One of these deathknights appeared in her hometown and started killing people left and right. Raina saw the knight approach one of the younger kids of the town and without thinking started throwing rocks and other small objects to get the knight to leave the kid alone. He did, but only long enough to run a spear through her, before she had a chance to move away. When she woke the deathknight was gone and the kid she had tried to save was dead not far from her.  A few years later she ran into a Lunar that she would come to call Tibbers. He taught her things about being exalted that she hadn't understood or even heard about. They began traveling around looking to help others and try to bring a little bit of order to the recently created chaos. Now at thirteen her true journey is about to begin.
